Kevin is a construction and facilities professional with over 25 years of experience in facilities and construction management and leadership. He has held a variety of roles as the Director of Engineering and Design and Construction for the world’s largest hospitals. He also served as a Captain (O-6) in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corps with responsibility for design and construction for some of the largest military projects in the world.
During the past 20 years, Kevin has held senior level positions in the planning, design, and construction departments for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). Kevin also has extensive experience on hundreds of construction projects ranging from minor renovations to major tower expansions and replacement facilities. His ability to value engineer a project and maintain the project with budget and on schedule is prodigious. He routinely provides guidance and direction to multiple project teams – which further enhances the end result of the project and owner satisfaction.
Kevin’s level of experience with hospitals and health facilities is unsurpassed. He understands the current technology and design trends, and directs construction and design processes to focus on efficiency and ensuring the building will maintain optimal operational building costs for decades after occupancy.

Fred Danforth, RN, MBA
VICE PRESIDENT / CLINICAL LIAISON / QUALITY MANAGER
Fred is a healthcare consultant with over 25 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership. He has held a variety of roles including Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Surgical Services and as a healthcare consultant working nationwide supporting clinical operations in the design and development of large healthcare facilities which includes hospitals, training facilities, surgical facilities and free-standing surgery centers.
Fred also has extensive experience as an owner’s representative for clinical services in the construction, expansion, and/or remodeling of clinical areas. Significant projects include the participation in the design, construction, and transition into a new 30 suite OR pavilion. He also has been actively involved in the development and construction of several free-standing, physician owned ambulatory surgery centers; and he brings extensive expertise in cost containment and cost control, physician liaison, quality management and clinical support of facility construction.

Jim Matchett, AIA, NCARB

Jim comes from a blue-collar background – serving eight years in the U.S. Army, and complimenting that with 20+ years in the restaurant & hospitality business as well. During these experiences, Jim learned how to be a team player, and to work with a wide array of peoples and ideas. Since becoming an Architect, Jim hasn’t lost sight of how the values and principles he learned during his earlier experiences can facilitate a higher level of client satisfaction and more exciting experience for the rest of the project team.
Jim’s biggest assets are his detail oriented communication skills; his ability to anticipate and avoid potential challenges during design and construction; his positive attitude; his ability to add a fresh perspective to design issues; and his relentless commitment to service and satisfaction.
