Kevin Johnson
Kevin is a construction and facilities professional with over 25 years of experience in facilities and construction management and leadership. He has held a variety of roles as the Director of Engineering and Design and Construction for the world’s largest hospitals. He also served as a Captain (O-6) in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corps with responsibility for design and construction for some of the largest military projects in the world. During the past 20 years, Kevin has held senior level positions in the planning, design, and construction departments for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). Kevin also has extensive experience on hundreds of construction projects ranging from minor renovations to major tower expansions and replacement facilities. His ability to value engineer a project and maintain the project with budget and on schedule is prodigious. He routinely provides guidance and direction to multiple project teams – which further enhances the end result of the project and owner satisfaction. Kevin’s level of experience with hospitals and health facilities is unsurpassed. He understands the current technology and design trends, and directs construction and design processes to focus on efficiency and ensuring the building will maintain optimal operational building costs for decades after occupancy.
